Performance MRP ships via United States Postal Service (USPS) & UPS

Q: What could cause a shipping delay?

Shipping delays can occur if the wrong shipping address is provided. If the shipping company can not deliver the package we will contact you via email or phone.

Shipping time may vary during holidays. Shipping times may be affected by inclement weather.

Q: Do you ship to Alaska and Hawaii?

Yes, we ship to both Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping is via USPS or UPS

Q: Do you ship outside of the USA?

Performance MRP is now offering International Shipping. If your country is not currently listed, please email us at Ashley@mrpmanufacturing.com to complete your order.

 

Q: Is there a cost on returns?

Performance MRP truly believes in providing our customers with the most hassle free shopping experience possible, part of this belief includes hassle free returns. If an item needs to be returned please click on the returns portal link below, our system will automatically generate an RMA and we will cover the return shipping cost of your item. The amount of the refund will be based on the purchase price of the product.

*If an item is being returned due to Performance MRP shipping the incorrect item, we will reimburse purchase price, & shipping.

At Performance MRP, we believe in honest and fair shipping rates, there are never any hidden fees. All shipping rates are calculated exactly; based on shipping method, package weight, dimensions, and destination.

Performance MRP ships all orders, of in stock parts, within 24 hours of received order, Monday through Friday 8am to 4pm EST.

Performance MRP accepts returns of all components, in NEW unused/uninstalled condition, within 60 days of the date of purchase. The refund amount will be based on the original purchase price.

*Orders that include $150 or more of Performance MRP items will ship for free. Performance MRP will ship your order via the least expensive option available to us, at our expense.

USA Lost Package Policy

Here at Performance MRP, we understand that packages may get lost from time to time. We make every effort to resolve these issues within our abilities and are always here to help you through the process. The first step you need to take is to verify the current location of your package with the carrier. If you need tracking, please e-mail Ashley@mrpmanufacturing.com.

Our policy is that upon a package being claimed missing, we ask that you wait 5 business days before we re-ship the item(s). The reasoning for this is that even when packages are marked delivered and are missing, or just haven’t been received, packages can and do end up being found and eventually delivered to the customer, especially if you’ve notified your local post office. We appreciate your patience and understanding during this process.
